Another Tube Out Of The Vise
I was in the mood to tie a tube fly this morning. My friend, the famous dutch fly tyer André Miegies gave me a tube fly at the „Gronauer Lachstage“ this year in may. I loved the color combination he uses and I had to try it myself. Here is the result. I got a good feeling, when I look at it…. ;-)

The New Pro Sportfisher Trout System
Morten Bundgaard and his team from Pro Sportfisher developed a new series of fly tying materials for trouts and graylings.
I’ve done some first tests with some of the materials. I guess, this system will be a big success.
Flies from the vise in last time
In the last time, I tied very different flies, from small to big. Here are the results:

High water level + murky water + streamer = big trout! (Hopefully!)

Natural Colored Pike Flies
Some articulated pike flies in natural colors tied on 4/0 hooks. I don’t know why, but I got a lot of faith in it at the moment.
Quill Nymph
That’s one of my all time favorite nymphs # 16 for trout and grayling.
Materials:
- Hook: TMC 100 BL # 16
- Tail: Coq de Leon
- Abdomen: Polish Quill
- Thorax: Masterclass-Dubbing
- Wing Case: Pheasant
- Legs: Partridge
- UV-Resin: Bug Bond
Nymphs for trout and grayling
The season is starting low, but I’m looking forward for the fishing with light tackle for trout and grayling. These nymphs are tied with Tiemco hooks size 14.
No fancy flies, just good fishing flies in which I believe.

I have to tie some more big flies, hopefully the crocs like them…
For this one, I used the new 15mm Living Eyes from FishSkull. Looking very hot in my opinion!

I used a gold holographic Classic Tube and a Super Sonic Disc from Pro Sportfisher for it
